Our programmes are grouped in ages – this assures a productive environment for all who attend. Our class content & skills are changed on a weekly basis – so it will be the same lesson for the whole week (Monday-Sunday). This way if you miss a lesson on a specific day you can always attend another one on another day in the same week!

This class is for children aged 18mnths-3yrs and their grown ups. It’s a fantastic introduction to many experiences and skills to allow your child to learn and grow. Grown ups join their KidsGymTots for an engaging warm up and stretch, which always incorporates music, movement and fun! After the warm up we move to different circuits and skills, our trainers will show the grownups how to help their KidsGymTots to perform each skill. These classes allow children to improve both fine and gross motor skills. It’s a 45min non-stop fun structured class which concludes with a stamp and a high five for a job well done and then 15mins of open play to end off where they get to explore using balls, hoops, foam pits and more!
This class is for children ages 3-4yrs old who are independent enough to leave their grownups at the gate. Not only will your Mini Mover learn age appropriate skills and movement, he or she will also learn how to follow instructions, take turns and independently complete the 60mins of non-stop fun! Each class will begin with an engaging group warm up and stretch using equipment such as hoops, balls, bean bags and music to get them all warmed up and ready! We then move onto different circuits throughout the gym focusing on different fundamental skills each week. Our class concludes with a stamp and a high 5 for a job well done!
This class is just for our 5yr olds. Our classes begin with a fun group warm up which includes lots of cardio to get their heart rate up as well as some stretches to help with flexibility, co-ordination and body awareness. We will then move through Zones in the gym to work on age appropriate skills on various equipment and include ball skills, balancing, jumping skills and hanging. Our class concludes with a stamp and a high 5 for a job well done!
This class is for our 6-8yr olds. Our classes combine sport themes with basic gymnastics and fitness concepts. This 60min class is an active and fun session that uses a wide range of equipment and a variety of cardio exercises to help improve kids’ fitness levels and agility, whilst boosting self-confidence and social skills as well as balance, co-ordination, strength, flexibility and rhythm!
This class is for our 9-11yr olds. Our classes combine sport themes with basic gymnastics and fitness concepts. This 60min class is an active and fun session that uses a wide range of equipment and a variety of cardio exercises to help improve kids’ fitness levels and agility, whilst boosting self-confidence and social skills as well as balance, co-ordination, strength, flexibility and Rhythm!
Aerobics classes for kids aged 5yrs+ feature kid-friendly routines. We break down the steps, add games, activities and learn full dances. Aerobics helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives by making fitness fun. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements like leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, cultural awareness.
NinjaZone is an all new sport for boys and girls aged 3yrs-13yrs. It is a progressive level system. It has the fundamentals and co-ordination from gymnastics, the discipline and structure from Martial Arts, the strategy and agility of obstacle course training and the fun and creativity of freestyle movement!

Our Home School programme is filled with fitness and fun for kids ages 4-15yrs. This 60min class is the perfect way to fulfil your child’s physical education requirements. We use a variety of equipment and zones in the gym to develop necessary gross motor skills. Each class teaches basic gymnastic skills, fitness skills, ball skills and incorporates social skills with fun group activities and games.
Our tumbling class is for kids aged 4yrs+ and for all levels (beginners to advanced). This class is for kids who only want to focus on tumbling skills – so from the beginner level of handstands and cartwheels up to the advanced levels of somersaults and twists! We use a variety of equipment to teach the skills, such as the trampoline, air track, incline mats and more.
Kids Core Strength
This core strength programme has two classes for kids aged 5-8yrs and for kids aged 9-12yrs. Poor core strength can cause poor posture which can also affect gross motor and fine motor skills. Building core strengths is like building a strong foundation for your child. This programme is comprised of various FUN activities to engage and develop a strong core which will have lifelong benefits.
This 60min class is for kids aged 12-15yrs and focuses on functional training and improving co-ordination, stability, flexibility, strength, power, speed & agility. We use various core centric training stations as well a wide variety of equipment including kettle bells, medicine balls, stability discs, foam rollers and physio balls.
The Kids Gym offers one-on-one Personal Training for kids aged 5yrs+. We provide guidance in weight loss, sports conditioning or injury rehab. You can pay per session or we can set up individual programs based on requirements and outcomes that can be discussed.
We are dedicated to helping your kids of all ages! Whether it be low muscle tone, motor function delay or hyperactivity – The Kids Gym can help with programmes to assist with these areas. The Kids Gym caters for everyone and these children are especially close to our heart.
